County Growth in Wyoming
In 2006, Sublette County led the state in permanent population increases with Campbell County coming in second with a 4% population increase. Sweetwater County dropped to a 2% increase, but still added 744 new residents. Sublette County grew from 6965 residents in July, 2005, to 7359 residents in July, 2006, according to the U.S. Census Bureau
In 2007, Sublette County's population grew by 9.4%. Campbell County had the second highest rate of growth at a 5.1% jump since 2006. Sweetwater County showed a 3.4% increase. Wyoming's population as a whole increased by 2%.
The census does not provide population estimates for Boulder, Daniel, Cora, or Bondurant except during the actual census every 10 years.
