Fairgrounds Daily Schedule
The Fairgrounds are OPEN for riding. Call 307-749-3546 or 307-276-5373 with any questions or concerns.
- Monday and Wednesday's are barrel race days (meaning no cattle in the arena)
- Tuesday and Thursday's are Team roping days (meaning no barrels in the arena) except Tuesdays from 6:00 -10:00 pm for Open Barrel racing.
- Wednesdays - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM High School Rodeo practice
- Friday - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM 4-H Practice (It is important that barrel racers please rake in your barrel holes during the day)
Indoor Warm up Arena
Can be used by anyone any time of the day as long as MESA isn't using it and another event planned in the main arena isn't using it. Please call 307-749-3546 if you have any questions
Main Indoor Arena
Please be courteous of other people using the facility and clean up after yourselves. Be sure you know the rules of the barn, they are hanging up inside. Call 307-749-3546 or email the fairgrounds with any questions or concerns.

$5.00 = 1 Token ------ 1 Token equals 1 hour of lights – Tokens for lights may be purchased at the Ag Center. If you are caught using tokens other than those sold by the Sublette County Fairgrounds, you will be turned over to the authorities.
3 - Bulls, Broncs and Barrels with a Concert by the Afu Fighters immediately following.
3 - Gary Espenscheid Memorial Team Roping starts at Noon.
9 - SBRC Barrel Race
10 - MESA Therapeutic horsemanship 2:30 - 6:00 pm in the Warm up side of the Arena.
16 - SBRC Barrel Race
17 - MESA Therapeutic horsemanship 2:30 - 6:00 pm in the Warm up side of the Arena.
19 - Gymkhana Horse Show 4 pm
20 - Western Open Horse Show
21 - Fair Team Roping
22 - 27 - Sublette County Fair
5-9 - Rodeo Bible Camp
13 - SBRC Barrel Race
13 - 17 - Montana Cutting Horse Association Limited Age Event
