Liens
The following types of liens are filed and made public in the County Clerk's Office:
- Financing statements related to titled vehicles
- Federal tax liens
- State tax liens
Lien Search
A lien search can be performed on an individual or business (the debtor). The request must be in writing and accompanied by the appropriate fee. A list of active liens filings against the debtor will be generated and returned. Copies of the lien filings will be provided on request.
